1. How is this different from other cleaners?

2. Do I need to tear open the liquid pack to use it?
a. No. DO NOT cut or tear open the pack. The pack dissolves in water.
3. Do I need to use hot water?
a. No, the packs will dissolve in any temperature.
4. Does the bottle need to be empty before using another pack?
a. For best results, use the complete contents of the bottle before dropping another pack in. The concentrate is formulated to mix with the specified amount of water. Rinse the bottle with fresh water before using the next pack.
5. Is this a good product to use around pets and children?
a. Yes, when used according to the label directions. However, keep the packs and bottles out of reach of pets and children. Harmful if swallowed. Do not put in mouth or ingest. Causes eye irritation. Do not get in eyes.

8. How do I use the Fruit + Veggie Wash?
a. After the product is diluted into the bottle, simply spray the uncooked produce, wait for 1-2 minutes, rinse with water, and you're done!
9. Why is there a bitter agent in the product?
a. We have coated each pack with a bittering agent that is colorless, odorless, and harmless. This is just an extra step of precaution we take to deter children from swallowing the packs.
10. Why can't I handle the packs with wet hands?
a. If you touch the packs with wet hands the film will become sticky and sweat.
