How do I use the refill packs?
The refill packs are designed to be used in conjunction with the Snap Essentials Kit. To use, drop a pack into the corresponding labeled Snap Essentials Kit bottle. Fill with water, wait one minute, give the bottle a shake and then you’re ready to go!
How should I store the refill packs?
To ensure the safety of your children and pets, we strongly suggest placing the four refill packs inside the Snap Essentials Kit container as soon as you receive them.

How is this different from other cleaning products?
Our cutting edge formulas and innovative packaging are leading the way to the future of cleaning. All you have to do is drop a concentrated pack into its matching, pre-labeled bottle and add water! In one minute the pack will dissolve; just give it a shake to disperse and mix the solution. No mixing, no mess!
Do I need to tear open the liquid pack to use it?
No. DO NOT cut or tear open the pack. The pack dissolves in water.
Do I need to use hot water?
No, the packs will dissolve in any temperature.
Does the bottle need to be empty before using another pack?
For best results, use the complete contents of the bottle before dropping another pack in. The concentrate is formulated to mix with the specified amount of water. Rinse the bottle with fresh water before using the next pack.
Is this a good product to use around pets and children?
Yes, when used according to the label directions. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Harmful if swallowed. Do not put in mouth or ingest. Causes eye irritation. Do not get in eyes. Always wash hands after handling. Store in a cool, dry place. Never handle packs with wet hands. Always close container after use.
Are these products non-toxic?
Yes, all Snap Essentials products are non-toxic when used according to the label directions. No harmful residue will be left behind.
Are these products bio-degradable?
Yes, all Snap Essentials products are bio-degradable.
Why don’t the bottles come with the refill packs?
The refill packs are designed to be used in conjunction with the Snap Essentials Kit. Once you have purchased a Snap Essentials Kit, you can reuse the bottles in the kit. Our bottles and sprayers are heavy duty, top of the line quality and are made to last a long time. You will not need a new set of bottles every time you order a Snap Essentials refill pack.
Why is there a bitter agent in the product?
We have coated each pack with a bittering agent that is colorless, odorless, and harmless. This is just an extra step of precaution we take to deter children and pets from putting the packs into their mouths.
Why can’t I handle the packs with wet hands?
The packs will not dissolve if they come into contact with wet hands, because they need to be submerged in water for approximately 1 minute to dissolve. However, if you touch the packs with wet hands the film will become sticky and sweat.
How do I use the Dishwashing Liquid?
Dispense a small amount of solution directly on dishes, or add to sink when filling with warm water. The solution is not thick, because it is concentrated, and so a little goes a long way.
How do I use the Spot & Stain Remover?
Spray directly on stain and allow solution to sit for 30 seconds minimum. If necessary, gently rub in a circular motion, with a clean sponge or cloth until stain is gone.
